Delegate Costs
Registration fee: $1500 USD
This fee covers conference costs (excluding travel), and will be billed at a later date.
Participants need to make their own travel arrangements to and from Skamania Lodge. See Travel/Ground Transportation for information. Additional costs to delegates include incidentals (e.g., restaurant and bar charges, telephone calls, room service), nightly lodge fee, extra days pre/post conference, and tours/recreational activities. Taxes may apply. These charges will be billed to your credit card.
$18.00 nightly lodge fee provides guests to unlimited use of resort facilities and services. See Skamania’s website for a full list of amenities.

Everything is pre-filled. Just select the number of guests, click check availability and select either a king or double room. Fill out your contact and credit card information. A $176 charge to hold your room may appear on your credit card; however, upon check-out your card will only be charged the lodge fee for the stay (roughly $18 per day, listed under delegate costs) plus incidentals.

Pre- or post-meeting rooms at Skamania Lodge: After completing your Skamania Hotel Reservations, contact Gretchen Heinrich to make arrangements for your additional days at Skamania Lodge. Only do this if you plan to stay at the Lodge.
