Registration

Registration

Attendance at the 7th International PacRim Breast and Prostate Cancer Meeting at the Barossa Novotel is limited and by invitation.

Registration and payment details will be provided to invited participants directly via email by the Meeting Coordinator before the registration deadline 1 January, 2019.

A requirement of PacRim meetings is that participants stay for the duration of the meeting.

Travel

All travel costs, whether local, national or international are the responsibility of the participant.

Ground Transfers

PacRim meeting bus transfer between Adelaide Airport and the Barossa Novotel will be arranged for participants (depending on numbers).  See Travel page for more information.

Registration / Accommodation

The registration rate for participants is heavily subsidized (AUD$600.00) which covers accommodation, conference meals, meeting attendance and off site events. It is essential for catering that you inform us if you do not plan to attend the two off-site dinners.

Room accommodation will be allocated by the Meeting Coordinator. As accommodation is limited, to maximise the number of meeting participants housed on-site, we encourage participants to a share a room and take advantage of the reduced registration fee of AUD $400.00. There are three room types (single, twin and 2 bedroom share).

Accompanying Persons

Please advise if you will be accompanied for purpose of room allocations. A supplementary registration fee of AUD$600.00 will apply for accompanying persons. This is a subsidized rate that covers cost of accommodation/meals, including two feature off site dinners. It is essential for catering that you inform us if you do not plan to attend the two off-site dinners.

Additional Costs

These charges will be billed to your credit card by the Barossa Novotel.

Optional

During the free time on Tuesday, we will arrange (depending on numbers) a bus transfer to/from Novotel and the Seppeltsfield Estate for those wanting to take the opportunity to explore the expansive grounds at Seppeltsfield Estate or to peruse its on-site boutique offerings of The Jam Factory and Vasse Virgin.  With 20 minutes travel time between the meeting venue and Seppeltsfield, you will have over an hour to spend time at the Estate before returning to the Barossa Novotel.
