Airport Information
Darwin International Airport (airport code DRW)
Darwin International Airport is approximately 13 km / 8 miles to the north-east of Darwin city centre and off the busy McMillans Road, covering some 750 acres / 300 hectares.

Darwin airport is small and very easy to navigate. It’s only about 15min drive from airport to hotel. An uber or taxi would be around $30 AUD.

Transfers to and from conference venue, hotels, social events and dinners etc will be via coach.
Accomodation
We have reserved and will allocate accommodation for participants at the either the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Esplanade Darwin or the Mindil Beach Resort (additional upgrade fee applies), the Meeting Coordinator will contact you regarding accommodation arrangements.
Facilities and Services
Hilton Garden Inn, Darwin;
Located on Darwin Esplanade, approx. 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the conference venue. Bus transfers provided morning and evening to/from the conference venue.
Amenities include the fitness centre open 24 hours, outdoor pool, and complimentary parking and WiFi.
Mindil Beach Resort
Located in the heart of the Mindil Beach Precinct on the Darwin Esplanade, approx. 12-14 min walk or 3 min drive to the conference venue.
Facilities include a tropical resort-style Lagoon pool, onsite fitness centre, Day Spa and entertainment complex boasting three on-site restaurants along with complimentary parking and WiFi.
Walking and jogging tracks border the hotel along the beach.
